The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CYBA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYBA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and CHOL are the cancer types where CYBA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
