Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYB5R4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYB5R4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher CYB5R4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYB5R4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CYB5R4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
