Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYB5R4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYB5R4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CYB5R4 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYB5R4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where CYB5R4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
