Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYB5R4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,630 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYB5R4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of oxygen, 7-methylguanosine RNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Each is linked with CYB5R4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5R4-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5R4 results are reported.
