The most reproducible CYB5R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane protein proteolysis, Lysosomal lumen acidification, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with CYB5R1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5R1-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5R1 results are reported.
