CYB5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYB5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYB5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and MDGA2. Each is linked with CYB5B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5B-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CYB5B-low versus CYB5B-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYB5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYB5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
