Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYB5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYB5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNA5SP226, and EIF2S2P7. Each is linked with CYB5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5A-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by CYB5A-low versus CYB5A-high in UCEC.
