The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher CXorf58 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXorf58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LAML, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CXorf58 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
