CXorf21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXorf21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXorf21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, MCM5, and TUBD1. Each is linked with CXorf21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXorf21-to-partner and partner-to-CXorf21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22 grouped by CXorf21-low versus CXorf21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXorf21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXorf21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
