Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXXC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,385 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXXC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP9A, MTHFD2, and MZB1. Each is linked with CXXC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC5-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXXC5 versus ATP9A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXXC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXXC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
