The most reproducible CXXC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by norepinephrine-epinephrine, Regulation of lymphocyte differentiation, and Regulation of somitogenesis. Each is linked with CXXC5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC5-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC5 results are reported.
