CXXC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXXC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,293 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXXC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MYEF2_S17, and FAM172A. Each is linked with CXXC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC4-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXXC4 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXXC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXXC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
