CXXC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXXC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXXC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-13P, OR4M1, and TOP3A. Each is linked with CXXC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC4-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-13P grouped by CXXC4-low versus CXXC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXXC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXXC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
