Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CXXC4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CXXC4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CXXC4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXXC4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and PRAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, UCEC, and OV are the cancer types where CXXC4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
