CXCR5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,012 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF581, ZPBP2, and ABRAXAS1. Each is linked with CXCR5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR5-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR5 versus ZNF581 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
