Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A5. Each is linked with CXCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR5-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR5 results are reported.
