CXCR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXN3P2, CDK8P1, and MIR4716. Each is linked with CXCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR3-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
