Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 354 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CASP5, and BCL2A1. Each is linked with CXCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR2 versus AQP9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
