Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, INPP4B, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with CXCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2 results are reported.
