CXCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN1S1, MSGN1, and TRARG1. Each is linked with CXCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN1S1 grouped by CXCR2-low versus CXCR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
