CXCL8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1P1, RPS28P1, and MIR4752. Each is linked with CXCL8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL8-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P1 grouped by CXCL8-low versus CXCL8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
