CXCL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACSIN2, POLR3H, and GZMH. Each is linked with CXCL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL6-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PACSIN2 grouped by CXCL6-low versus CXCL6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
