CXCL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTC1, KLHDC7A, and LDLRAD3. Each is linked with CXCL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTC1 grouped by CXCL5-low versus CXCL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
