CXCL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR1, LYZL2, and C14orf177. Each is linked with CXCL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL5-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR1 grouped by CXCL5-low versus CXCL5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
