CXCL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with CXCL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL10-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by CXCL10-low versus CXCL10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
