Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-148P, MTHFD2P7, and MIR96. Each is linked with CXCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-148P grouped by CXCL1-low versus CXCL1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
