CWC25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,249 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, MTFR2, and CDC6. Each is linked with CWC25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC25-to-partner and partner-to-CWC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 versus HROB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
