CWC25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CWC25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT33A, IAPP, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with CWC25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC25-to-partner and partner-to-CWC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT33A grouped by CWC25-low versus CWC25-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
