CWC22

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,562 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, CNOT9, and TRAIP. Each is linked with CWC22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC22-to-partner and partner-to-CWC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC22 versus OIP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
