CWC15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZPR1, RNF214, and RSF1. Each is linked with CWC15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC15-to-partner and partner-to-CWC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC15 versus ZPR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
