CUTC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1150P, RNU6-458P, and SEMG2. Each is linked with CUTC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUTC-to-partner and partner-to-CUTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1150P grouped by CUTC-low versus CUTC-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
