Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CUL9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CUL9 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CUL9 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CUL9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KICH, and SCLC are the cancer types where CUL9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
