Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC5L, CXCL2, and USB1. Each is linked with CUL9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL9-to-partner and partner-to-CUL9 results are reported.
