Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are COA7, ZNF695, and MAK16. Each is linked with CUL9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL9-to-partner and partner-to-CUL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COA7 grouped by CUL9-low versus CUL9-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
