CUL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Kit, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CUL9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL9-to-partner and partner-to-CUL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CUL9-low versus CUL9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
