Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,955 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CUL9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL9-to-partner and partner-to-CUL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CUL9-low versus CUL9-high in OESOPHAGUS.
