CUL4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,760 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPH2, PHF6, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with CUL4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4B-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL4B versus HNRNPH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
