Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,008 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM122B, MMGT1, and ZBTB33. Each is linked with CUL4B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4B-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL4B versus FAM122B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
