The most reproducible CUL4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and ACC1. Each is linked with CUL4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4B-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4B results are reported.
