CUL4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,156 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, RBM26, and ARHGEF7. Each is linked with CUL4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4A-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL4A versus NAXD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
