CUL4A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCID2, TUBGCP3, and TFDP1. Each is linked with CUL4A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4A-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL4A versus PCID2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
