CUL4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP60, C14orf177, and RNU7-53P. Each is linked with CUL4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4A-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP60 grouped by CUL4A-low versus CUL4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
