CUL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A5, H3C11, and MEIKIN. Each is linked with CUL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL2-to-partner and partner-to-CUL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A5 grouped by CUL2-low versus CUL2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
