CUL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSBP1, TNPO3, and CDK5. Each is linked with CUL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL1 versus SSBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
