Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, RHEB, and ACTR3B. Each is linked with CUL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CUL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL1 versus EZH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
