CUL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,536 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTPN, SSBP1, and LMBR1. Each is linked with CUL1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL1 versus MTPN in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
