CUEDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-626P, RNU6-451P, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with CUEDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-626P grouped by CUEDC2-low versus CUEDC2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
