CUEDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,827 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, VEZF1, and TRIM2. Each is linked with CUEDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC1 versus DYNLL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
