Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,397 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUEDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM106B, ABCD3, and CYP4X1. Each is linked with CUEDC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC1-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC1 versus TMEM106B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
