The most reproducible CUBNP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, Reactive oxygen species metabolic process, and Carbohydrate catabolic process. Each is linked with CUBNP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBNP1-to-partner and partner-to-CUBNP1 results are reported.
